What was the service The Comms Guru provided to you?
So Paul and his Gurus supported us with internal comms, event support and support in rolling out our strategy both internally and through some external comms. And it was great working with the team at the Comms Guru, specifically, they helped with our Horizons Week internal staff conference, as well as our global engagement conference that we hosted. The support they provided was fantastic. They helped with planning, logistics and creative design. And overall improved the standards of both our internal communications and the events that we offer both our internal customers, our colleagues, but also our external customers, our clients.
What was it like working with The Comms Guru? Tell us about your experience.
The process of working with Paul and all of the gurus at the comms guru is just so easy. They integrated themselves into our teams, became friends of ours, and that makes a real difference when you're working with an external consultant is if they understand your business, they understand the needs of colleagues, and they understand where the business is going, they can really embed themselves and actually help deliver a better output as an external consultant.
What would you say to people who are thinking about working with us?
I really can't fault working with the team, if you're thinking about working with them, get to know them. They offer fantastic services, but also they can really help you level up your communications and also just really take the time to understand the needs of your business and make sure that they are delivering a service that's not just out of the box, but actually customed to the needs of your organisation.
And finally... If you could summarise your experience of working with us in just 3 words, what would they be?
If I could summarise working with the Comms Guru in 3 words, I think professional, they do everything to the highest professional standards. I think personable, they take time to get to know your business and get time to know your team members. And finally, expert, they helped us level up our comms, they brought in new ideas, new channels, new tools to help us really engage with our internal users, our colleagues, but also thinking about how we can level up our external communications with our clients as well. So personable, professional, and expert.
