Angela Eden: Hi, I'm Angela Eden and I'm the manager of the Health Improvement Service at Salford City Council.
What was the service The Comms Guru provided to you?
Angela Eden: I've been working with The Comms Guru probably for about the last 4 or 5 months on a project that is about supporting families in Salford around health and wellbeing and small changes that they can make to improve their health and wellbeing in relation to food and and physical activity. So I've been working with The Comms Guru for them to help us to create and design a series of animated videos that, that parents can access online and then work with a coach to make some of those changes. We selected The Comms Guru because it's a company that I know that we've worked with prior previously in the council. The project that they've developed has been really fantastic. It's really good quality. The videos are beautiful to look at and really creative.
What was it like working with The Comms Guru? Tell us about your experience.
Angela Eden: Working with The Comms Guru team was a really positive experience. They were really friendly, easy to get in contact with. They explained every step of the way how it was gonna work. They delivered everything that we asked for in a really timely way. They were really responsive to any suggestions that we made about any changes we wanted to make and things like that. They made the process really easy. They shared the videos, on a system that made it really really easy for us to access them and to, to view them and make changes. It was a really, really positive experience.
What would you say to people who are thinking about working with us?
Angela Eden: I would definitely recommend working with The Comms Guru company, and I would definitely would like to work with them again in the future. I think what's made them different is I felt like they had a really good understanding of the communities that We want to engage within the city. and I think that they were able to use their creativity and their knowledge of design to adapt the original outlines of the videos that we'd come up with to make them really accessible and engaging for people in the city. So they made their own suggestions that we were able to take on board and you kind of have that expertise that I don't think that I would have necessarily had.
And finally... If you could summarise your experience of working with us in just 3 words what would they be?
Angela Eden: If I could summarise my experience of working with The Comms Guru in three words, it would be EASY! RESPONSIVE! CREATIVE!
