What are your thoughts on the new brand?
Steve Settle: Yes, I think it's a great move and I think the timing is perfect. In the words of Theodore Roosevelt: "People don't care what, you know, until they know how much you care." I think the new brand addresses that and will allow us to have a lot more deeper and meaningful conversations with clients.
What message does it send to the market?
Steve Settle: I think it helps differentiate us from those other businesses out there that are more transactional in marketing the stuff they do. And it positions us as a solutions driven business that sits down with clients and helps them understand what they really want from their business before we use our skills to help them achieve it.
How do you see it helping in a prospect meeting?
Steve Settle: I think being more explicit about why we do what we do, and using Brad's jigsaw to really dig into what a client needs will result in stronger and more meaningful relationships on both sides.
