What would you like to say to your CFO?
Tariq Ali: I'd just like to say a big thank you to Alex for all his help with me personally and also with the business over the past couple of years that he's been working with us, he has been a great source of support for us all. Thank you.
What one or two big issues/untapped opportunities were you facing before you started working with us?
Tariq Ali: Our business had gone through a period of instability over a couple of years and when we started working with Alex through The CFO Centre we have been able to implement a company structure, which now works. It's taken the pressure off the business and it supported me personally in meeting the goals of the business. And in fact, we've set very firm goals which we are now working towards and we're going to meet. So overall, there's been a real positive impact in working with Alex.
Specifically what have been the benefits to your business?
Tariq Ali: Essentially, the benefits of working with The CFO, and Alex in particular, is that we have become more stable. We have the correct people in the correct positions now and we're all working as a team to meet the business goals.
What have the benefits been to you personally?
Tariq Ali: Alex is essentially a great addition to the business. On a personal level, he allows me to carry on with my job and my key tasks and I don't get sidetracked. That allows me to have more time, essentially more stability, definitely more freedom within my role and there's no doubt it's improved my work/ life balance no end so it's a great benefit to me personally, to have Alex and The CFO Centre onboard.
What are you hoping to achieve over the coming 12-24 months with the support of your CFO?
Tariq Ali: As a business, we're hoping to achieve continued growth. We're hoping that this stability, we're working on the stability of the business to ensure that we meet our growth goals and essentially become more profitable as time goes on.
