Do you have a message for your CFO, Chris Neild?
Helen Stenhouse: I'd like to say a huge thank you to Chris Neild. Who's been A fantastic support to us helping us both to automate much of our finance function and to sort out a shareholder's agreement with our new Managing Director.
What one or two big issues/untapped opportunities were you facing before we started working with you?
Helen Stenhouse: Before we started working with Chris. Penny are wonderful Financial Controller spent much of her time doing boring, repetitive tasks that have now being automated. So Penny is now super happy and able to spend her time doing much more interesting and high value activities for us.
What have been the benefits to the business specifically?
Helen Stenhouse: one of the main benefits to the business off. Working with Chris has being resolving the shareholder's agreement with our new Managing Director. It feels like we're all on the same page incentivised in the same way an a happy motivated Managing Director should lead to a more successful business.
What have the benefits been to you personally?
Helen Stenhouse: So one of the main benefits to me personally is that now we have our Managing Director in place with the shareholder's agreement everybody's happy with. I'm able to work two days a week. Hurray!
What is the number that really matters to you?
Helen Stenhouse: Well, the number that really matters to Ali and I was 2, because both, Ali and I wanted to work two days a week. and that is what we're now doing. So we're a very happy pair.
