Please Introduce yourself and explain why you chose The Business Journals for your 2022 advertising campaign.

Patrick Longo: I'm Patrick Longo, President and CEO of Alloy Development Company. And I'm delighted to introduce myself and explain why we chose The Business Journals for our 2022 advertising campaign. Alloy Development Company is a versatile organization that serves as a commercial capital lender, a growth lab for startups and an economic development partner all under one roof. Our unique combination of services allows us to be an active and influential business partner capable of assisting organizations at any stage of growth. Recently, we underwent a rebranding and a name change from HCDC to Alloy Development and as part of our efforts to build brand awareness within the business community, we carefully considered different advertising outlets. After careful evaluation, we determined that The Business Journals would be an excellent choice for our 2022 advertising campaign overall. We believe that The Business Journals provide us with a strong platform to build brand awareness, reach our target audience and establish our credibility as a trusted business partner. We are excited about our 2022 advertising campaign with The Business Journals and look forward to a successful partnership.

Can you describe the campaign you ran with The Business Journals and your overall goals for the campaign?

Patrick Longo: Our advertising campaign with The Business Journals. In 2022 consisted of print ads that served two main purposes. Number one, we wanted to express gratitude and recognize our sponsors. We ran a print ad that thanked our sponsors and congratulated our annual celebration award winners. This was a value added component of our advertising campaign and it allowed us to express our appreciation to our sponsors and recognize the achievements of our award winners. This ad helped us strengthen our relationships with our sponsors and highlight our commitment to acknowledging and celebrate the success of our partners. We wanted to, number two, create awareness of our SBA 504 loan program as a commercial capital lender. We heavily partner with banks for our SBA 504 loan program to create awareness among banks and potential businesses looking to make a commercial real estate purchase. We ran a print ad that highlighted the benefits and features of our SBA 504 loan program. This ad aimed to generate interest and inquiries from potential borrowers and partners showcasing our expertise and offerings in the commercial real estate lending space overall. Our goals for the campaign were to build brand awareness, express gratitude to our sponsors, recognize our partners achievements and create awareness for our SBA 504 loan program. By leveraging the reach and credibility of The Business Journals. We aimed to establish our brand as a trusted and influential business partner and generate interest among potential borrowers and partners.

Was the ad platform provided by The Business Journals effective in reaching your target audience? Can you share any specific examples?

Patrick Longo: As a long term marketing and advertising strategy. Our advertising campaign with The Business Journals aimed to create brand awareness and stay top of mind with our target audience which includes clients and partners. While it may be challenging to directly attribute specific business outcomes solely to the advertising campaign. We have observed anecdotal evidence of its impact on our business. One notable example is when one of our award winners who was featured in the print ad expressing gratitude and recognizing their achievements, requested additional copies of the publication to share with his in-laws. This demonstrated a sense of pride and eagerness to share the recognition which validated the impact of our advertising campaign. It indicated that our ad in The Business Journals was effective in creating a positive impression and resonating with our audience, including our clients and partners. Furthermore, by strategically choosing The Business Journals as our advertising platform which caters to businesses, professionals, entrepreneurs and decision makers. We were able to reach our intended target audience effectively. The Business Journal's wide readership base and credibility in the business community helped us to enhance our brand visibility and position us among our desired audience
