Kristin Williams: One of my favorite parts about working with Anixter and the culture at Anixter Center is the freedom to be me. I show up to work as my whole self and I am celebrated for that and acknowledged for that and just as much as I celebrate and acknowledge others. That's the culture, right? Is that all of our different brains, think about any situation in a different way. So together as a team, we have the ability to think well outside the box and be creative in our approaches to problem solving. And the team itself is willing to receive your ideas, willing to receive your thoughts and how can we build with what we have together to make something so beautiful and so impactful.
