Renee Silva: What keeps me at Anixter is the culture of care and respect. And they really try to provide the best level of care that they can treating individuals with out of the stigma and with that care that they deserve. It is a growing experience for me being a beautiful part of learning, learning, not only from the people that I work with, but also for the clients. I have learned a lot from them, from their resiliency, from their way of facing change and challenge and, and how they keep enduring and doing so they can have a better quality of life. So that keeps me humble and made me wanna keep doing and keep growing.
