Alexandra Monks: Hi everyone. My name is Alex Monks, and I'm a Senior Product Manager at Wayfair, and I lead the employee experience product group, which is responsible for building the technology needed to support and develop the most talented individuals in e-commerce who are reinventing the way people shop for their homes.
