Jeff Lopez: Hello PS tracks team. This is Jeff Lopez with Huntington Beach Fire. We've been using PS Tracks for about five years now here at HBFD and I'm so grateful to that product and to the hard work you guys put in, especially that first year of really making changes and, and I can't, I can't even count how many things I asked for. And, um, the whole time from then to now it's been a wonderful experience. Thank you guys for all the hard work that you put in on our account. We're just one, you know, one of many accounts and you, you, you did awesome. Made us always feel like, um, you were very serious about our account working the way we wanted and about all the features. So thank you for the features you added and all the things you've done for us and we haven't had that much contact now for the last year or two because we haven't had to. And that's a good thing. Uh, but thank you so much for everything you guys have done for us. Merry Christmas.

Patrick Welch: Hey Ryan chief. Well, chair Saint John's County Fire Rescue. I just wanted to wish you and all of your personnel. A Merry Christmas, a happy New Year and just thank you guys for the amazing work that you guys do. Your customer service and support is just unbelievable. PS Tracks has made such a big difference in our productivity and tracking for our department and I just can't thank you guys enough. It's been a uh a great journey so far with you guys and getting everything up and running and I'm looking forward to what the future holds and the new products that you guys have coming out. I especially want to thank Sally Squires and Nathan Bergeron. You guys are amazing. You're always available. You're always responsive to us and that makes such a huge difference. So again, you guys have a wonderful New Year, have a very Merry Christmas and thank you.
