Describe the problem(s) you were having before you began working with Salena.
Hi, I'm Lucy. So, the problem that I was having um before working with Selena was insomnia, hair loss, constant bloating and severe constipation. Um So this problem affected me greatly um that it caused a great deal of um anxiety and mood issues, brain fog um and overall uh decreased my quality of life. I chose to work with Selena um because she has uh an expert command of uh genetics um and uh performs a comprehensive genetics test and then um explains to you uh in great detail how these genetics play a role in how your body responds to, to stressors and uh pathogens that can compromise uh your health. Um and, and gut health in particular. Uh So, uh in, in response to that when we did the genetics test, um we uh Selena crafted a um a tailored lifestyle diet and supplements plan uh for me, which I am I still using to this day and I've been very happy with it.
