What's the number one challenge facing talent acquisition teams in 2023?

Emily MacIntyre: Hi. So when I think about the difference in terms of how we're really facing talent acquisition in 2023 I think this is a really different talent market than we've seen. Certainly in the past call it three years. Um, some of the strategies that, you know, companies or employers might have chosen in the years leading up to 2020 are now completely different. Um, in terms of how we want to think about going to market, how we want to think about attracting talent. Um, acknowledging the market of 2023 a lot of folks are getting laid off, uh A lot of folks are getting rehired very quickly. Um And then you've also got folks that are, you know, kind of sticking around really trying to find that right role for them. And again, there's just a wide array. So I think that in 2023 we're really seeing a very unique market and trying to find that, um, you know, that niche skill or that unique candidate when you know, not all companies are hiring, but for those that are, I do think that it's definitely a unique market trying to think about um how folks are recruiting strategically. Um And it's, you know, it's not the same recruiting playbook that companies may have perhaps used in the past. And so it's really trying to think about how are we um being competitive in the talent marketplace?
