Jordan Black - Student: Hi everyone, my name is Jordan Black. I just wanted to share a little bit about my experience over the summer with TERN Mentoring, because honestly it's been a game changer for my personal development and the trajectory of my career.
For the students, the question is what's in it for you? Me personally, I didn't realize how much I'd gained from the experience over the course of 3 months over the summer. I realized that it wasn't just about career advice, but it was more so personal growth focus. My mentor Tommy Chambers taught me a lot about communication, how to expand my potential, and just overall be more confident in myself. I realized that it wasn't just check-ins here and there but more so we built a connection on how to, you know, just overall expand my professional development.
