Anjala C.: You know, with my mom, I never looked forward and took that sadness together like because it was very traumatic and it was very sad when she died and I did it, I was a, I was just put into the space where I didn't know what to do with myself when my dad passed and knew was coming. Um, I luckily had my husband and I had a support system there. Now, I don't have my parents and I have a dying husband and I don't have that support system. It's just me. And as I'm looking forward there's, I'm actually feeling loneliness already and it's, it's irrational because he's still here and I still have him, but I feel lonely already because I'm going to lose him and it's going to happen. So, on top of this oppressive guilt that I have for wanting to do things for myself and take care of myself, I have this sadness and this loneliness of looking forward of what it's going to be like without them.
