How happy are you with your Tekagogo experience?

I've been using these guys for about like two years now and I've never had a bad experience with them. My technician is usually Brian, that dude's fixed every problem that I've given him. We're busy practice owners. We can't afford to have something break down and wait for someone to come a day or two days later and still not have the parts, maybe not be able to fix it. I've always, always gotten my issues fixed same day. So for the past two years and going forward, I'm only going to use Tech Aogo. I'm not even going to contact anyone else to fix anything. I have broken in the office. Um The thing about the thing about uh the thing that I like about them the most is that technicians are knowledgeable. Their online portal is so easy to use to request a technician. They come in X amount of hours or even Chad Bryan come like within the hour one time. Um So that's the biggest thing the speed, the excellence in service and the knowledge of the technicians and just how easy it is to use their platform. So give Tekoa a chance you guys won't be disappointed and they actually give some flag as well. So um that's very nice of them. So, all right, use tech a go go guys. Bye.
What distinguishes Tekagogo as a service alternative?
Shailain Patel: I think we've all had the experience with the big boy companies in terms of, you know, trying to get them to do some service at our office waiting for X amount of days and then when they come, maybe they have the wrong part or they can't fix it or it takes a little bit longer. So I think Tech Aogo is a service, dental service disruptor which I like every time I've called these guys for the last two years, same day service, same day. Fix. What else can you ask for? And the, the platform is so easy to use. Um I think they really have a great product and just saves us money. Right. If we're able to come online faster, they fix whatever we need fixed.
