How has Tekagogo impacted your day to day?
Leah Lazzarini: Tekagogo saved the day today. I had an office that was completely down and their normal tech was on vacation. So, we signed them up online real quick and there was a tech in their office within an hour. They fixed the problem and the customer was extremely happy, which makes me very happy. So, I'm now all about Tekagogo.
Caitlyn Kellam Faulkner: Hey, Caitlyn, FSC here in Austin, Texas. Tekagogo has been a huge game changer for me in my market and being able to add another value added service for our customers. So, when I have a doctor who text me at 4:30 and says, hey, we have an Operatory down and I have a full schedule tomorrow. Can anybody get out here? and I'm like, it's 4:30 like no. So, be able to like, hey, we have Tekagogo like, yeah, if you wanna cut, wait a couple after hours, we'll have a tech probably pick it up for you. No problem. So, again, and it saves them from having to be down. So, it's an awesome opportunity and one more service for our offices or, uh, especially for my Saturday offices. My offices that are open then to be able like, oh, your compressors down. Great. Now we have a technician who can come over on a Saturday. So, Tekagogo is awesome and super happy to have that for my customers and for me to get rid of some headaches. So, thank you, Eric and our technicians.
Dan Florczykowski: It makes it a lot easier and more efficient. They can two way communicate directly with the service technician, uh, share videos and pictures. So, absolute, uh, game changer.
Eric Shaw: day? So, my day used to involve, well, as an FSC, all kinds of different issues and, and struggles. Um, but one thing Tekagogo has allowed me to do is it removed the day to day hassles of service related issues off of my plate and allowed me to focus more on sales and growth in my territory. For example, I would receive phone calls from doctors, um, minimum 3, 4 times a week with some type of a service dispute or an issue or a scheduling problem that we couldn't get to him in time. Uh, all of that, excuse me, becomes removed. Tekagogo's platform and software takes care of all of that for you. So, I no longer receive those phone calls which, again, helped me focus more on sales and growth in my territory and it completely and totally improved my life on a day to day basis. No joke.
What distinguishes Tekagogo as a service alternative?
Leah Lazzarini: I would have to say first is the availability of the techs. They seem to be readily available most of the time and I love the website how it shows you where the tech is at and when they should expect them.
Caitlyn Kellam Faulkner: Tekagogo is incomparable to anybody else because no one is offering the services that Tekagogo is--especially after hours. Other companies aren't doing it and nor do they have the best technicians in the market because Henry Schein we have the best of everything and that includes our technicians and super excited to have the service.
Dan Florczykowski: Staff members can get on the app, communicate directly with the service technician, share pictures, videos to a chat directly with them on, um, the issues they're having. and what's even, what's the best feature in my opinion is that the service tech can set the expectation on when they're going to be there and if there's any change in their very fluid schedules, they can let the staff member at the office know directly.
Eric Shaw: What distinguishes Tekagogo as a service provider? So, in my experience, doctors simply want to get their issue fixed immediately and one thing Tekagogo provides is a very quick response time. Like, in my experience, in my area Tekagogo technicians typically show up within 1 to 2 hours of the service being requested by the doctor. Which is unheard of and, uh, it totally differentiates them from everybody else in the market.
Eric Shaw: it just, it just works. I've been using it for years now. It's so efficient. It does such a good job. My dentists love it and the biggest thing I can say is all of my dentists that have ever signed up for Tekagogo are still signed up for Tekagogo and they use it, uh, religiously.
