How happy are you with the Tekagogo experience?

Noe Mayorga: Hello, my name is Noe with Henry Schein Dental. I'll give you a little bit of background about myself. I have been in the dental industry for about 30 years. I'm also a registered dental assistant with the state of Illinois. I have worked in different industries including manufacturing and I have been a technician for the last four years. In which two out of the last four years, I have been with Henry Schein Dental. I've seen a lot of systems and I have to say that, uh, Tekagogo is one of those systems like no other. It's easy to use. User friendly and, uh, I think, uh, more doctors and more technicians should be using. I was a little scared at the beginning because I didn't know if it was gonna work or what? What if I get in trouble? What if I don't get the support from the support people and everything went so smoothly the first time I did it and I have had a little bit of success here in the Chicago area. The support from the guys, Mike and Eric, it's phenomenal. They respond to my questions within a matter of minutes and they do call you back, they answer all the questions. Um ,there's multiple things that I like about the system. One of the things being that we technicians have the option to do voice recordings. I've never seen anything like that before. So, from the moment you get the request and you accept the request, you can start communicating with the customer right away right there and then.

Tell us about your experience with using the Tekagogo software?

Noe Mayorga: and you can tell the doctor your eta or you can also tell the doctor what day you're planning on being at the office. It doesn't have to be the same day. Um, and as much as I love my dispatch coworkers, with Tekagogo, I can make my own schedule. So, as soon as you arrive to the office, let's say you, you set a request and you pretty much see what's going on with the request. Say you're working on a sterilizer. So, you know what you're going in for and, uh, the system will. So, as soon as you're ready to go to the office, you just hit navigate. The system will connect you to a either Google Maps or Waze, whichever is your option, and then you, you can let the doctor know. Hey, I'm on my way. Uh, my eta is whichever time. Then, as soon as you get to the office you click the next step. Which is, the next step, which is within the app. I have arrived and I believe the customers immediately get the same.They get an update. You check in and you asked the customer for a four digit code. They should give you that code. That's when the time starts. Which is awesome because there's no room for error. Sometimes our computers are not working. Sometimes we write down. Sometimes we just go in and we're like, what time was I there at? Was it 5, was it 4:30? Um, and that's how disputes from customers, um, happen. Um, with Tekagogo, again, you got, uh, you got multiple options. As soon as you get that four digit code from the customer, you start working and then within the app, you have all these different options. One of them being is that you can do voice recording. For example, if I'm going in for a sterilizer repair, I can just do a voice recording saying, hey, I'm here at the office of Doctor Smith for a sterilizer repair. The serial number of that sterilizer is yada, yada yada yada. And then you can, you can do, again, voice recording. Um, and then that is saved within the app and I believe the customer is also able to listen, listen to that recording, just be careful what you say, right? Um, but you know, assuming that you're keeping all professionalism, then, uh, you complete your work. Then, you go to the customer and let them know, hey mister doctor, I have completed the repair and, or if you need parts, doctor, I need to order a couple of parts and I have to come back another day and then the customer will acknowledge that you have either diagnosed the problem and or you have repaired the issue. You closed your job and then it's as simple as that! So, thank you Henry Schein for the opportunity to work with Tekagogo. Thank you, Tekagogo guys for the opportunity to work with me.
