How happy are you with your Tekagogo experience?
Nana Y. Opokuaddo: Hi, I would like to give a great testimony to how helpful, how easy, how efficient it was to use Tekagogo's technician Joe. I was so much in need urgently and I was confused how it was gonna work or coordinate things, but he was so flexible. He was willing to come at a time that suited the office to move a whole Operatory to a new one. Operatory chair to a new room. Um, he was there on time to assess the situation. He made us feel very confident that it was gonna be very easy. He handled it, moved the equipment, reconnected it, made sure everything was working, had us test to make sure it was working, made sure we needed nothing else and then he left making, you know, making us feel like we could go to work right away. We're so thankful that we have an option like Tekagogo to go to in case of emergency or for any maintenance needs that we may have. It was a little bit, you know, of an issue for me, but now it's not because I know at any point in time there will be a technician available to help us. So, thank you for this. It's gonna be a wonderful service and I hope everybody signs up. Thank you.
