How happy are you with your Tekagogo experience?

Joyce Bright: My name is Joyce Bright. Um, our office is a pediatric dental office in um the Bay area. Um, on the Peninsula. Our sterilizer recently started malfunctioning and in a pinch, when we contacted, um, our distributor, they didn't have any availability for, um, a week, a whole week, we didn't have a backup. Um, the Sterilizer company is also based in Canada, so we didn't get much support on that end. Um, all the local independent technicians, um, mostly didn't have the right training for this specific model. Um, I came across Tekagogo, um, based on some peer recommendations. So, I wanted to give it a try, went on their website without really knowing much about it. I was worried about, um, the quality of service I would get, um, by visiting an unfamiliar platform. I was also worried about having to pay any monthly fee, um, upfront and not getting the the right service that we were looking for. Um, but, a quick phone call, phone call with, um, the founder, um, later I realized they actually don't charge any monthly fees. Basically, sign up on the platform and then they try to match you with the technician, um, whoever becomes available first. So, we, um, after we match with the technician, we actually were able to, to chat a little bit about um the service we need. So, our first technician was very upfront and let us know that even though he was very experienced with, um, sterilizer repair, he never had experience with our particular model. So, we were able to cancel the service with no charge and without any hassle. And, um, we were able to request another technician who came out immediately the next day and took care of the issue for us. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and, um, professional and he took care of our problem in no time. The wait time was really just the next day. Um, we contacted them midday um on a weekday and they came the next morning, Um, a little after eight o'clock, which was a very pleasant surprise because, um, the other picnic companies had given us the wait of over a week um, before they can dispatch someone. So, definitely much more timely and the, the rate was reasonable, especially considering how timely their response was. Um, I would recommend their service, um, to everyone in the area and uh my own friends and I, I don't look forward to having any more issues, but I would not hesitate to give Tekagogo another call, um, or another inquiry when we have any other need in the office.

Joyce Bright: Overall, I'm really happy with uh the service we got from Tekagogo. Um, they were timely, very good communication. Very good customer service. The technician, they dispatch was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Joyce Bright: I thought what really set apart Tekagogo's service was how fast, how quickly they were able to, to respond to, um, our service request and arrive very timely and provide very timely and still very quality service.
