How happy are you with your Tekagogo experience?

I love using the app instead of calling in trying to get the scheduler to figure out when the tech is coming, uh, when we need the tech. Now, um, our experience has been fantastic. Um, I love that you can ping somebody and you find out pretty much right away when they're gonna be there. Uh, so we'll keep it going and, uh, love the service.
What distinguishes Tekagogo as a service alternative?

What's the difference between Tech Aogo and other experiences we've had with having our equipment serviced, you know, having to call the, uh, the scheduler with the various dental supply companies and then waiting on a callback or hearing that they'll be there next Monday or texting your rep and the rep tells you that somebody else will be out here on Wednesday and then Wednesday comes and goes. Um, I just love that with Tech. Go go. You have the app that you can flag somebody on, you know, when they're gonna be there. It's an immediate response and, uh, it's dependable.
