How happy are you with your Tekagogo experience?
Dr. Joshua J. Solomon, DDS, MS: Hi, my name is Joshua Solomon. I'm a pediatric dentist in Livermore and I have a new facility here along with uh teaching center and I've been a client of Tek Aogo. Now, since I think the inception recently, we had one of our new operators just stop working. We had, um, actually right in the middle of a procedure. So we had to stop and move the patient and we were able to get on the app right away. We had Brian come out, I think maybe it took him 20 minutes to get here. Normally, that would be a few phone calls, um, to who we used to use for service and waiting a day or two. But Brian came out immediately, he was here for maybe 20 minutes. I think, diagnosed the problem. Apparently when the unit was installed, there were some water lines that wasn't hooked up correctly, not tag Gogo's fault. Um, but he was in and out in 20 minutes, you know, and the key is, is I was able to get a patient back into that operatory, um, within the hour. So it's, the experience for me has been both speed. Um, and it's cost-effective, but most importantly, I can get back to um working um as soon as possible without having any downtime. So if you have not used Tech Aogo before, I would highly recommend um calling getting signed up and get back to work. Thanks so much.
What distinguishes Tekagogo as a service alternative?
Dr. Joshua J. Solomon, DDS, MS: So, for me, really, the key with tech Aogo is access to having someone come out right away. I don't think we've ever waited for more than a few hours to get a tech out. Um, that's definitely been, um, different with other companies where it's often been a few days to get someone. Um, and, you know, with how busy our practice is, we just honestly can't wait if that ties up a chair for a full day or two. that's a major loss of production.
