How happy are you with your Tekagogo experience?
Dr. Blake Swimmer, DDS: Hey, everybody out there, um, looking to try out Tekagogo. 100% would recommend it. Um, the technology, the interface is easy to use. The techs have been awesome. Pretty much same day fixes for everything that we've ever needed. Um, It's been a really wonderful thing to have added to our office repertoire and, um, I honestly couldn't imagine not using it. So, definitely would recommend everybody out there give it a try.
Tracy Benhamou, DDS: Well, what really separates Tekagogo from any of the other, uh, services that I've used. It's that they're just here so quickly. Uh, you know, my last service I put it in at 7:45 in the morning and by 9AM I had the unit up and running and, uh, I really think that they're, they know their techs, know their stuff and they're very quiet and polite and professional and, um, I'm very glad to use their services.

Dr. Joyce Bright, DDS: pay any monthly fee um, upfront and not getting the the right service that we were looking for. Um, but a quick phone call, phone call with, um, the founder um, later I realized they actually don't charge any monthly fees. Basically, you sign up on the platform and then they try to match you with the technician, um, whoever becomes available first.
Dr. Joyce Bright, DDS: The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and, um, professional and he took care of our problem in no time. The wait time was really just the next day. Um, we contacted them midday, um, on a weekday and they came the next morning.
Dr. Joyce Bright, DDS: So, definitely much more timely and the, the the rate was reasonable, especially considering how timely their response was. Um, I would recommend their service um, to everyone in the area and, uh, my own friends and I, I don't look forward to having any more issues, but I would not hesitate to give Tekagogo another call um, or another inquiry when we have any other need in the office.
Dr. Jeff Erickson, DDS: Our experience has been fantastic! Um, I love that you can ping somebody and you find out pretty much right away when they're gonna be there. Uh, so we'll keep it going and, uh, love the service.
Dr. Joshua J. Solomon, DDS, MS: The key is, is I was able to get a patient back into that Operatory, um, within the hour. So, it's, the experience for me has been both speed um, and it's cost-effective, but most importantly, I can get back to, um, working, um, as soon as possible without having any downtime. So, if you have not used Tekagogo before I would highly recommend, um, calling getting signed up and get back to work.

What distinguishes Tekagogo as a service alternative?
Dr. Chris Beninati, DMD, MS: Tekagogo's online platform is super easy to use. Very similar to using something like Uber or Lyft. Uh, a couple of clicks here and there and boom, someone shows up at your practice.
Dr. Shailain Patel, DMD: I've called these guys for the last two years same day service, same day fix. What else can you ask for? and the the platform is so easy to use. Um, I think they really have a great product and just saves us money. Right? If we're able to come online faster they fix whatever we need fixed so, we're more productive that day. It's a no brainer! All right, use Tekagogo you'll be happy.
