Can you quickly introduce yourself and what you do?
Richard Cleal: Hi, I'm Richard Cleal and I'm retired. I use my desktop at home, uh, regularly to uh keep up to date and to uh keep contact with family and friends.
Can you share a specific situation where Tech TroubleShooters really made a difference?
Richard Cleal: I had a situation recently where I lost nearly all my data. I called Kelly, a tech troubleshooters and uh he was available, and he spent a number of hours with me retrieving all the data. I can't tell you how relieved I was to get it all back because there would have been no chance of me being able to get it back.

Richard Cleal: Whenever I've actually needed tech troubleshooters, I've been able to get hold of them. Unlike other IT support, where I've often had to wait quite a long time to get hold of them, and then they have long lead times to get back to me, tech troubleshooters are there, and get back to me in a reasonable time frame, and then are helpful and solve the issue I have.
