Can you quickly introduce yourself and what you do?
David Lindsay: just wanna share a testimonial, about the bit of work that, Kelly from Tech Troubleshooters did for me on my home PC. yeah, Kelly was able to do this, uh, remotely from, place, uh, and it was a very smooth process. they were very efficient, uh, quick to respond and, um, very helpful over the phone and, Yeah, quickly sorted out the problems that I was having with my PC which thankfully weren't uh too significant. gave lots of advice to about some other hardware, issues that, um, uh, or things that I needed to, that I was asking about, um, and Kell was able to give me good advice there and, uh, give me some quotes for other things. Can you share a specific situation where Tech TroubleShooters really made a difference?
David Lindsay: Kelly, um, made a big difference just in, um, the security on my home PC, uh, that was good to get that sorted out, there was uh a number of clashing, um, Uh, software items there, so Kelly was able to sort that out for me.
What three words would you use to describe Tech TroubleShooters — and why those?
David Lindsay: Efficient, because they responded promptly and was able to quickly, , sort out the problem, , very reasonably priced, uh, Kelly, um, yeah, didn't, didn't overquote me, and was, very. very kind with his time and, and didn't certainly didn't, uh, overcharge me for the work that he did. it was effective. what he did was exactly what I, I and yeah, he was able to target the issues very quickly and so effectively, was able to remediate the, the problems that I was having. What sets Tech TroubleShooters apart from other IT support you’ve used?
David Lindsay: Just the ease of contact, I didn't have to leave home, didn't have to take the computer everywhere, anywhere, fortunately this time. yeah, Kel was able to do all the work remotely and um, yeah, as I said, he was, he was very efficient and effective in doing that.
What would you say to someone thinking about using Tech TroubleShooters as their IT provider?
David Lindsay: Absolutely, use tech troubleshooters, I've already recommended them to to several colleagues of mine, friends, um, and I wouldn't hesitate to to recommend them to anybody that needs some troubleshooting on their, uh, on their PC or laptop.
