Hi, everybody. My name's Scout. Welcome to Town Center News. Today on Town Center News. You're gonna learn about Marketing.
Sorry, I hate when he does that. He always starts things before they're ready. But yes, he's right. We're talking Marketing today. So what's going on with Marketing? What do we got going on? Well, lots of stuff. First things, first: We've got Travcon. Travcon's right around the corner. It's a Travel Nursing Conference in Las Vegas and we've got some fun things planned. First off this year, for the first time, we're a Platinum Sponsor. Meaning that we could actually attend the Newbie Boot Camp that happens on the first day and meet a lot of new travelers to get into the industry and looking to learn about what it's about. So we'll be there. We also have a special guest that's gonna be there this year. A surprise Meet and Greet. I'm not gonna spill the beans. I'm not gonna tell you, you have to follow us on social to find out who that is. And we also got a fun 360 Photo Booth, which makes me a little sick to my stomach just watching it. But it'll be fun. It'll be exciting.
So next thing is, I want to bring you up to speed about the department. So we've been hiring for the last few months looking for a Director of Performance Marketing and a Director of Brand Marketing.
We're excited to announce we've made an offer to a candidate on our Performance Marketing role. So we're very excited. More coming on that, as that individual gets settled, but you'll see a lot of him. Third thing is, I want to talk through Lead Gen. What's happening on the Lead Gen side. Well, did you know last year the website had over 2.5 million visitors.
We're trying to do a better job of capturing contact information and engage those individuals who don't move down the Conversion Funnel. They don't do the 'Slim and Roll'
they don't do the 'Get Started'. How can we do a better job of engaging those candidates? Well, we've got a few things in the works, just to highlight a couple. We're gonna launch a Master Class Program. So, if somebody wants to learn more about getting into the Industry, what to look for with a new agency, how to build their resume. Simple questions that help just educate them. We're gonna be doing that again, trying to engage some of these individuals that don't feel like they're quite ready yet. To submit a form. We're also gonna be, launching a Retargeting Campaign at some of these individuals. So if they have come to the website before and they've left, well, we have the opportunity to reach out to them, connect with them.
Another thing that we're looking at doing is launching a campaign specifically targeting the Referral Bonus. We have such an amazing Referral Bonus and it just needs a little bit of TLC. So we're gonna be launching campaign highlighting how amazing it is, having some fantastic testimonials and really pushing that out into the industry.
And last but not least, launching our SMS Marketing Platform. This will allow us to reach out to candidates through text message, which has shown to be a better way of engaging candidates, text messaging usually has a 97% open rate versus email, which is sometimes 20 to 30%. So a great way to reach out and we're excited about getting that up and running and built into our automation platform.
