What problem were you looking to solve when you found TASL's Integrated Nefesh Method?

www.taslconsultants.com

Matt A: I was recommended to come to TASL by my orthodontist in preparation for orthognathic surgery. I had four bicuspids removed and a collapsed airway. And Doctor Karotkin recommended that I can come to try and take like a holistic approach to how to go and remedy this and make sure that the structure, structural changes from the surgery were also being addressed with the functional changes.

How did this problem impact your quality of life?

Matt A: The collapsed airway as a result of having those four bicuspids removed, impacted my life tremendously, mostly in the upper airway resistance and quality sleep. had insomnia or sleep issues for over 20 years. that led to decreased immune system, brain fog and cognitive difficulties.

How has TASL's integrated method helped you solve this problem thus far?

Matt A: I've been real impressed with everything that TASL has done so far. you know, learning about how functionally I was not using my tongue or jaw or breathing, correctly. and correcting those for eating, swallowing, breathing. I feel like it's, it's improved my, my sleep, after the surgery, it's helped me be more relaxed, have less anxiety. I have less tension in my head and my neck, and my jaw.

Would you recommend TASL? Why?

Matt A: I would definitely recommend TASL. I've used other myotherapy with my kids and myself for tongue ties. And I feel that the, the ones that I've used in the past, was a very singular approach whereas TASL has been very holistic, and it, and takes into account the whole body, and how all these things are impacted by the airway and the way that we use our mouth. I've been, I've learned a lot through the experience and, I feel like my quality of life has improved tremendously. And uh I'm looking forward to my health improving uh by incorporating all the new information and, and improvements that I've, I've gained through TASL.
