Could you describe what motivated you to join Funnel Building Academy?
Seleka Kerr: Hi, my name is Salika Kerr, and I am a broker associate here in sunny Tampa, Florida, and I was motivated to join the sales, um, excuse me, the funnel building academy because I was transitioning out of managing a brokerage for 2 years, uh, and back, going back into full-time selling, and so I was looking for a means of, um, not buying leads, but having steady business and increasing, um, my flow of customers. And in a natural way, and um I came across Tarah's information and then had a chat with her and it aligned perfectly.
How would you describe Tarah Santos' teaching style in three words?
Seleka Kerr: I used to be a teacher and so I very much recognize that Tarah's coaching teaching style is much more about coaching. She asks you questions that are always gonna get you to think and will help you to simplify the process.
Why is Funnel Building Academy different from other courses or coaching you may have done?
Seleka Kerr: The thing is, the most significantly different with the funnel building academy is that uh Tarah teaches you the why behind the what. There's always uh something that, you know, is trying to be sold to realtors and there are always things, but they don't teach you. How they don't empower you, so they, they don't teach a man to fish, they want you to keep coming back to to the source to get something to eat and this actually empowers you to do for yourself and to grow exponentially, and so does your business.
Can you share any “Aha” moments you have had?
Seleka Kerr: So one really big aha that I've had is that what we're being trained to do is exactly um the types of ads and marketing that we see on Instagram, Facebook, and um it helps really to help. You understand why those ads work because you're you're actually uh deconstructing it and seeing for yourself that this is what companies do. they understand who it is that they're trying to market to and they um present them with the proper message.
