Could you describe what motivated you to join Funnel Building Academy?
Abbey Brown: I am so thankful to have joined Tara's Funnel Building Academy because as a busy mom with two little kids trying to work in real estate, it just, it wasn't working, paying for leads and then trying to follow up with those leads when they, they don't even know who I am. And it was, it was just not working. So now I'm starting to put these sales funnels into action and implement them and work with first off, like my ideal clients, the people who I would love to work with. And the process, it just seems so much easier because they're coming to me as opposed to me chasing them. So, it, the whole thing was amazing. Tara's super helpful. I am not great with technology, but she She breaks everything down, takes it very slow, step by step. If I ever have a question, she is willing to answer that directly, work with me, um, overall, it was super amazing and I definitely recommend it to anyone. Um, especially someone working in real estate who wants to do more without. Like going about it in a very difficult way. So thank you so much, Tara.
Abbey Brown: I decided to join Taro's Funnel Building academy because as a busy mom with two little kids, it was not making a lot of sense to pay for leads, um, because those leads didn't even know who I was, so it was just very challenging to chase them all around and follow up with them. It made more sense to build a sales funnel and almost attract those clients to me.
How would you describe Tarah Santos in three words?
Abbey Brown: If I were to describe Tara in three words, I would probably say strategic because she just thinks through every angle of everything. She is like one of the smartest people I've ever met. And, um, along with that, I think respectful is a good word to describe her as well, because she is so intelligent and she thinks everything through so thoroughly. But It, she's so humble about it, and she's so respectful, and she's willing to help absolutely anyone. Like, she is an incredible woman. And I would also say driven because she works so hard at at everything she does. I mean, I know she owns multiple businesses, but she is seriously the most driven woman I have ever met. She, like, It seems like she wakes up and just has nothing but energy and drive, and she's willing to help anyone. She's truly amazing, and I am so thankful that I somehow stumbled into her life and she has been as helpful as she has.
Why is Funnel Building Academy different from other similar products or services?
Abbey Brown: Funnel Building Academy is different from anything else because the funnel Building academy really gives you everything you need to apply sales funnels to all sorts of social media, like, you, you just have everything you need, and I feel like any other training or program or lead service is like, you sign up and you pay all this money, and you, you never have everything, like, they keep you on the hook. So you keep paying and you never have it all, but with the sales funnel building academy, you have literally everything, and you have access to Tara, who's like, the best resource ever, and she's willing to help and give you quite literally everything you need to then implement that over and over and over again.
Can you share any “Aha” moments you have had?
Abbey Brown: I feel like the biggest aha moment I had through the funnel building academy is just identifying what you're looking for. Like, in this case, we were looking um at what our ideal client would be. And at first, I didn't really know because it seemed like, I mean, I have kind of liked all my clients, but then I got to really thinking about it and there were a few that stuck. like as easygoing and just like truly the best people to spend time with and to work with and everything just seemed to go a little bit more seamless. And when I was thinking deeper about those situations, there were similarities in between the clients that I I had never noticed. Um, and so just thinking deeply about that was really helpful because now moving forward, I, I sort of know like who I want to target and there were characteristics. I, I would have never noticed 100%. I would have never noticed before if it weren't for Tara like prodding and saying, OK, think more specifically, think more specifically like and asking almost probing questions like For her to learn more about the clients that I had worked with. And then she was able to help say, well, what about these similarities? Like, would you want to work with someone like that again? And yes, I would. So that was awesome.
How could Tarah improve this training for other agents?
Abbey Brown: Truthfully I'm not even sure how Tara could improve this for other agents because it was, it was such a good training, but I will say that I firmly believe if you are a real estate agent and you believe in the power of social media marketing at all, then you should absolutely sign up for the training, try it, implement some things, and I would almost guarantee that you'll be impressed and you'll see immediate success.
