Speaker: Kai

Kai: The most impactful part of launch your private practice for me was the support around shifting my mindset in order to trust myself more and believe in myself more

What do you believe was the most impactful part of your experience in the Launch Your Private Practice Program?

Kai: The most impactful part of launch your private practice for me was the support around shifting my mindset in order to trust myself more and believe in myself more and build a business that is financially sustainable. Um, that is aligned with my values and that I can focus on working with the people that I work well with, um, both the practical concrete stuff from the modules, the tools, um, along with the individualized coaching and the cohort being able to get support from other people who were also building their practices was super helpful. Um, and I now feel like I'm in a much more sustainable place and can be creative and continue to build my business in a way that feels aligned for me.

What amazing results did you achieve in your business from working with Tara and LYPP? Walk us through your journey from start to now

Kai: The biggest difference for me is that at the beginning of this program, I was really unsure if I could make private practice work, um, I was struggling to really get it, I have a completely full practice.

Would you recommend this program, and Tara, to other intersectional mental health therapists, and why?

Kai: I would absolutely recommend this program and working with Tara to other mental health therapists. Um, because the combination of the practical tools and support, the one on one coaching, working with, you know, my own stuff around money around, you know, believing in myself and self doubt, um, and then the group support of just being able to support each other with other people who were also building their practices made a tremendous difference for me.
