Pavel Sankovich: I'm a head coach at the United Swim Club & Maclay Swimming Club based in Tallahassee, Florida. I also in the past, I swam at the European Championships. I am a three time world championship medalist. and 3 time Olympian. And I just wanted to tell you a little bit about the aquatic programming, services that I used in the past three years trying to push and improve our program and build a new facility at Maclay School here in Tallahassee. First of all, it's been just a terrific experience. Mick and Sue are amazing. They've been, very knowledgeable on each topic, but on top of that, you just get a resource that I feel like it's not possible to get anywhere else, which is, their entire library of different documents, whichever you may need. if you need any information on, improve any program or building a new service or arguing a point with your employer or contractor as if you represent yourself as a contractor. In any case, it's extremely useful. It cuts your time, like 10 X, the amount of time that you would have spent otherwise and money, research in the topic and I just cannot, compliment them enough because it's been, just easy. They much better than I am at communication, replying quickly. And their advice is just always on point. If that happens, that advice is not perfect, you still able to distinguish what you need really well, just based on their feedback. So it gives you opportunity to sort the process that you're trying to solve or, figured out the problem much better just knowing what other people have done in the past. or you know, how it affected how certain decision affected the process. So I think it's really a it no brainer, it's very inexpensive for what it is. It's I mean, obviously you can tell it's totally worth it for me. I think it's gonna be totally worth it for anybody who needs that service who needs an advice occasionally, and definitely for those people who are trying to build the pool. I think it does make a huge difference. It's basically your Wikipedia for anything swim program-related or building the pool related. So, Mick and Sue thank you very much. I appreciate you. Pavel Sankovich: The question was, how do I describe, the Total Aquatic Programming Services in three words, I guess it's not three words, but I would say the best in business or the best ever.

Pavel Sankovich: Why is the service different from u similar services offered? I haven't experienced too much other services like that. I'm not aware of many that exist, but it's definitely different from talking to a friend coach or joining a Facebook group that could be helpful at times too. But you just get professional level of advice and like I mentioned in the first video, it just not comparable to anything else I experienced before.

Pavel Sankovich: I would 100% recommend, the service to anybody who is still thinking about it simply because ease of use and making sue's ability to communicate the point library of information, the speed with which they reply and ability to chat right here. Either you have a discussion with the employer at the meeting, they able to attend that, which they've done for me joining an important group discussion. So it's, it's hard not to recommend. I don't understand how otherwise people would approach it where you have this level of experience this many years of experience. The type of feedback you receive. I mean, it's not possible in my, in my view to say that, you know, it was, it wasn't worth it or that you paid too much money. So, hey, just, yeah, just do it guys, just simply do it experience yourself. If you need advice, there's no time limit. you're gonna use it in a year or two. I mean, you, it's definitely worth it.
