Speaker: Stacey Winter, Program Manager, Talent Development, Insperity
In comparison to other trainings you've attended, what stood out to you and made it particularly impactful?
Stacey Winter: Something that was particularly impactful for me was the way that Josh was able to take content that is very specific and scientific. And then allow us to really dive in and understand how it relates to us personally and then give us tips and tricks along the way so that we could lead it with confidence. And I love, love, love the relationships that I was able to get out of being in this class together, learning beside other amazing professionals.
A lot of trainers only attend Level 1 - what would you say is the biggest benefit of going to Level 2?
Stacey Winter: For me, the biggest takeaway of going to level two is the relationships that I developed. We were able to establish a very high sense of vulnerability sharing with each other, how the skills and strategies work in real life and um being able to see how they work for somebody else. Um We've already been following up and talking to each other and helping cheer each other on as we continue to utilize these strategies personally before we get to lead them professionally.
What potential impact would this program have inside your organization?
Stacey Winter: The potential impact of my organization, especially at a leadership level, I think would be really powerful. When it comes to level two, I am still working through what that strategy could look like for being able to share this gift with others. But I know that there's going to be something that includes this ability to um really speak this language because it does transparently go across so many different areas and assessments and pieces of training.
