Speaker: Natasha Harris, Workforce Trainer , Central Wyoming College

In comparison to other trainings you've attended, what stood out to you and made it particularly impactful?

Natasha Harris: Hi, my name is Natasha and I recently attended the emotionally and intelligent training EQ level one and two in beautiful San Diego, California with Josh Rosenthal. Um I have nothing but great things to say about the training. It was, it felt like four days of therapy. It was really amazing to gain such insight into myself and how I'm showing up in the world and how important EQ truly is um in not only my professional life but in my personal as well. Uh level one was amazing in providing the foundational information and then level two, a deeper dive into how that actually applies to me. I met some amazing people last week and I feel like everyone is very connected to the process and I can't speak highly enough. So definitely check it out.

A lot of trainers only attend Level 1 - what would you say is the biggest benefit of going to Level 2?

Natasha Harris: The biggest benefit of staying on for level two was a deeper dive into my own personal experience with EQ. Um I was able to apply the content that I had learned in the previous days and really apply it to myself and how I'm showing up in the world.

What potential impact would this program have inside your organization?

Natasha Harris: Inside my organization, I think EQ training can benefit really everyone involved. It helps us learn more about ourselves and others around us. We can train the people that we work with to utilize these skills and become more insightful. And I think it's really a benefit to any organization.
