What problem was your company dealing with before TalentSmartEQ?
Alexis Kruger: Before Talents Smart, our company was dealing with some toxic leadership. We needed to figure out how to get people into the right positions and boost emotional intelligence for a better working experience from the top down. Um We think that everybody in our company could benefit from more social awareness, self management, et cetera.
How did TalentSmartEQ help resolve this challenge?
Alexis Kruger: Talent smart helped resolve this challenge for our company by creating more social awareness for our employees and creating more self awareness. Therefore, it created a more positive environment for people in our company. People learned how to better communicate with each other um as well as manage their emotions in a more effective way. This is both on the individual level and people are performing better as a team.
What results did you get with TalentSmartEQ?
Alexis Kruger: The results our organization got from working with talent. Smart was our leaders are now more effective. They understand um the well-being better of their employees so they can be better managers to their employees. We have better top down communication and overall better well-being of our employees because people understand the four quadrants of emotional intelligence and how to properly apply that to be better performers and better coworkers. Oh, as well as this led to promotions for our employees into leadership roles.
