What is your role, and how long have you been part of the Synergy Dental Care team.?
Jade : I'm a dental therapist, but before that I was a dental nurse here for 3 years. Went to uni, came back and I'm a dental therapist, and I've been here for about 7 years all in all.
What does an average day at the practice look like for you?
Jade : My average day here consists of lots of different treatments, including Airflow, and then not forgetting the amounts of cup of teas I have and laughs of the tea.
How do you feel your role contributes to delivering exceptional patient care at Synergy Dental Care?
Jade : I feel like my role here is important for exceptional patient care as I give in-depth tailored oral health instructions to each of my patients so that they feel more comfortable and confident at home and brushing their teeth, and yeah, so they feel more confident.
What is one thing about working here that makes you particularly proud or enthusiastic about coming to work?
Jade : A couple of things that make me really proud about working here is that it's like a family rather than just work colleagues. We all work as well as a team, the reception team, the nurse team, the TCO, the managers. We're all really like close and work well together, plus we've got really high tech equipment here, so things like such as the Airflow, um, so yeah, we just all work well together and it makes me proud of working here.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time when you're away from work?
Jade : In my spare time, I love going to the gym, spending time with my friends and family, and walking my dog.
