What is your favorite part of your role and the team at Syndigo?
Karthik Thomas: My favorite part as a product manager is the collaborative environment. And of course the opportunity to work alongside a very, very talented team that shares a passion for delivering exceptional products together. We innovate and bring impactful solutions to our customers, driving their success and satisfaction.

What stands out to you about the culture at Syndigo?
Akansha Khandelwal: I like the culture at Syndigo that how we all are provided with all the opportunities and tools that are necessary and required to enhance our skills and grow and succeed in our career.
Chaitanya Srinivasa Murthy: Open communication, trust in an individual and most important, getting required support
Mili Jain: I think I'm really lucky to be surrounded with such helpful and considerate people. Everybody is really appreciative of the work we do. And they make it a point to recognize all of our efforts
The one thing that stands out to me is the level of support and encouragement I receive from my colleagues and managers. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand, share their expertise and provide constructive feedback.
What do you want to see more of from Syndigo this year?
Archana Shah: I will be looking forward to grow as a company and achieving all of our targets and making a big impact in the industry. Definitely.
Chaitanya Srinivasa Murthy: Having a face to face interaction helps build a professional environment, helps build a camaraderie within the, within the group. And it also provides a continuity to the org culture.
Karthik Thomas: I would love to see Syndigo further embrace product innovation, bolster its marketing strategy and cultivate a thriving center of excellence in India.
