What is your favorite part of your role and the team at Syndigo?
Arya Tiwari: I enjoy the opportunities for professional growth and work-life balance that Syndigo has provided me with. And I truly appreciate Syndigo's commitment to create a positive work environment that values my professional growth.
Sandeep Mehrotra: It has truly been a pleasure working with such a talented and innovative team. Our regular interactions with the customers have been invaluable in helping our application support team understand their challenges and find effective solutions.

What stands out to you about the culture at Syndigo?
Chaitanya Srinivasa Murthy: Open communication, trust in an individual and most important, getting required support or rather providing the required support, not just for professional deliveries, but as well as for the individual growth. These are the key ingredients which I believe makes working in Syndigo an exciting and a comfortable experience.
Sandeep Mehrotra: The respectful and transparent environment created by our leadership keeps us well informed about the organization's operations, strategies and goals. This openness fosters a sense of trust and value among employees
The one thing that stands out to me is the level of support and encouragement I receive from my colleagues and managers. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand, share their expertise and provide constructive feedback.
What do you want to see more of from Syndigo this year?
Chaitanya Srinivasa Murthy: comfortable, but having a face to face interaction helps build a professional environment, helps build a camaraderie um within the, within the group. And it also provides a continuity to the org culture. Hopefully Syndigo as an organization will find more locations to bring people together even for a short period of time. at least for a face to face human interactions.
I would like to see more of training programs which I believe is an excellent way to enhance one's skill set and knowledge and which would ultimately lead to better job performance, increase productivity and improved job satisfaction.
