Can you tell us who you are and what you do?
Steven Diamond : Hi there. I'm Steven Diamond, the owner of Diamond Ai Media Group.com. But you might recognize me from the head Netflix television series, Tiger King. What problem were you trying to solve when you gave Sydnee a try?
Steven Diamond : I wanted a platform that my customers could operate. We have a lot of non-tech savvy customers, um, who aren't particularly aware of the latest technology. They're business owners, they're busy, and I wanted something that was simple and easy for them to use.
What’s your favorite feature - and how has it helped you in your work?
Steven Diamond : For me, the most important feature about Sydnee is its ability to track the progress of client projects. Um, for my clients, having the ability to log into their portal and see exactly where the project is in the process, I think is so important. Um, I really appreciate that feature and I know my clients do too.
If you had to describe Sydnee in a short phrase, what would it be?
Steven Diamond : Well, if I had to describe Sydnee in one phase, I would simply say flawless, because it's a client facing tool that just works, no matter what your technical experience, whether you're tech savvy or not, this is gonna work for you, and it's so simple, anyone can use it. And so, I really appreciate that because it adds value to the client experience uh in our company.
