Sean Williams: Hi, I'm Sean. I'm the owner of Diamond Flix TV, the hottest new streaming platform on Roku and Amazon. I love using Sydnee Client Portal because it allows me to stay organized with all of the TV shows and production going on. It's good to have one place where I can drop my files and stay in touch with everyone that's connected with my network on the production side and on the administrative side of things.
What problem were you trying to solve when you gave Sydnee a try?
Sean Williams: I had my production team, my administrative team, and I'm having to email everyone, and I was starting to lose track, and I wanted to keep communication all in one place. So when I found Sydnee Client portal, I figured a way to have my production team. Every single person on my team has their own portal. I can communicate with them. So if I'm working on a document, I can just drop it in the portal and go about my business. I don't have to email it, wait on them to check the email. I just need to make sure that my team is checking their portal, and it gives me a chance to streamline everything all in one place.
What’s your favorite feature - and how has it helped you in your work?
Sean Williams: It's hard to tell you what favorite feature that I have because I have a lot of them that I like. One of the main ones is the fact that I can have a link to spreadsheets. Everyone could keep track of their sales, their, their, their pay, and also I could have a link to production sheets as well, so they can go and see it right there in that tab at the top. But I also love the file section where I can just drop everything into the files.
Anything you’d like to say to someone who’s thinking about trying Sydnee?
Sean Williams: If you're thinking about using Sydnee Client Portal and you're on the fence and trying to find a, a software you can use, I would say try. They give you a free trial so you could check it out to see if it's right for you. But it's gonna be amazing.
