Speaker: Patrick Benske, Founder, Benske Agency
Patrick Benske: The next time you onboard a client, just set them up in Sydnee. Do your onboarding through Sydnee, and just see if you like it.
Patrick Benske: Hello, my name is Patrick from Bensky Agency. We run a full-service marketing agency where we help our clients to build a really solid marketing foundation, so every other tactic, everything we do for them works straight out of the box without guesswork and we work mainly with uh with blue collar businesses, online creators, and also SaaS companies.
What problem were you trying to solve when you gave Sydnee a try?
Patrick Benske: So we tried Sydnee because I want a really good onboarding experience for clients and I didn't always want to chase over email and it was hard to keep track on what kind of requests we have opened, what kind of information we still have to collect. So I just wanted to simplify that process and make it easier. I've tried different solutions over the, over the last few months, but I wasn't really happy with, with the solutions I came up with. Uh, when I came across Sydnee, uh, it was like a no-brainer. I said, I, I tried the trial, the demo, uh, started to add some of our clients, and it was just a natural smooth process for me to adapt and implement into my, uh, my agency.
What’s your favorite feature - and how has it helped you in your work?
Patrick Benske: My favorite feature is really the first being able to submit requests. And this is really the, the first thing we do with all of our clients is to create an onboarding request when we onboard our clients. And it's been such an easy process, uh, and From there, what I really enjoy is just to be able to have a task list and manage all of the tasks that my clients need to complete, uh. They can easily see, you know, these are things still missing, these are the things I have to do. And we can easily communicate with them inside Sydnee to make sure we can get what we need, because often we need feedback or we need to collect certain documents or approve certain items. Sydnee has helped us to do that a lot easier and faster. And one thing that's really helped me a lot is to stay on top of everything we, we do is to be able to set up reminders for our clients, uh, where, and they actually appreciate it because, you know, they're busy running their business. So they've told us they appreciate the reminders because they often forget or get busy and then, uh, you know, they, they need those reminders to, to finish those requests or tasks that we need them to do.
If you had to describe Sydnee in a short phrase, what would it be?
Patrick Benske: You know, if I had to describe Sydnee in one phrase. I would say it's adaptable because there's so, there's different ways to use it, use it within the context of your agency and The most important thing, the reason why I also say it's adaptable is because the team, uh, the developers, they're listening, they're implementing features, there's new features coming out. They're actively taking feedback and improving the product based on the feedback of their, their customers, and I've used other. Tools in the past for the agency where that was not the case. They cared more about their investors or, um, you know, their product roadmap, and they were not listening to uh the customers and, you know, that's one of the reasons we've left such products and we're now with Sydnee.
Anything you’d like to say to someone who’s thinking about trying Sydnee?
Patrick Benske: Is the next time you onboard a client, just set them up in Sydnee. Do your onboarding through Sydnee and just see if you like it. Use the free trial. There'll be enough time there to onboard your first client and start managing this client through Sydnee, and I, I mean, it's. That's what we did, and we loved it, and we, we sticked around and every client we're now now on board, it's through Sydnee. And what's cool is, you know, just with the, with your own subdomain, you can white label, you can make it your own brand, uh, so I've really appreciated that about Sydnee.
