John Stilwell: I would say Sydnee is extremely user friendly, and the client collaboration is fantastic.

Can you tell us who you are and what you do?

John Stilwell: I am John with still support, and we are an MSP company.

What problem were you trying to solve when you gave Sydnee a try?

John Stilwell: The problem that we found is one of our products and services that we offer are forms, and the creation of them and the editing of them. We could not find a good online software that managed those forms and tracked the changes uh until we found Sydnee. Once we found Sydnee, all our issues went away, uh, for any of the form management or tracking of the changes or requests.

What’s your favorite feature - and how has it helped you in your work?

John Stilwell: My favorite feature of Sydnee is the file management option as well as the collaboration between ourselves and the end client while we're designing their forms.

If you had to describe Sydnee in a short phrase, what would it be?

John Stilwell: I would say Sydnee is extremely user friendly, and the client collaboration is fantastic.
