Carmelo Santos: Hi there, my name is Carmelo, co-founder of Council Marketers. We support business owners with their sales and marketing, specifically their systems and operations. We've been helping in this capacity for the last half decade.
What problem were you trying to solve when you gave Sydnee a try?
Carmelo Santos: When we first came across Sydnee, we were looking for a platform that we would, that we could white label for our clients and more importantly that we were able to amalgamize something that was different from all other platforms that fit our needs, um, which was task collaboration, reminders, following along on projects and specific environment that gave staff, client. And clients, staff, the ability to cross collaborate with, without all the fuss. I mean there's softwares out there that we looked at, very popular ones. They didn't fit our needs. But Sydnee did.
What’s your favorite feature - and how has it helped you in your work?
Carmelo Santos: Our favorite features, is pretty much the white labeling, the task templates, and the customer support. The customer support allows the user to feel heard because we've experienced this, we've spoken with Connor. They don't, he doesn't only listen to you, I mean, his team as well. I mean, their response times are. Pretty quick, um, they implement new features that most users will use. And how do they get, um, how do they get an understanding of what features we're looking for? They do that by listening to the users. So they're very user-focused, customer-focused, and that's, those are the features that are our favorite, the customer support, the white labeling, the task templates, uh, you have to use that. I mean, once you have a system. You can continue just reusing, reusing, reusing. Put your stuff on there and the task templates are really a great tool, um, that way you don't have to recreate things every single time you have a new client.
If you had to describe Sydnee in a short phrase, what would it be?
Carmelo Santos: I would describe it as instrumental. Instrumental to your operations, to your systems, and going off that our company is council marketers, we deal with a lot of different businesses, um, their systems and their operations. Instrumental is, is the short phrase that cause every business needs it, um, every business can find value in it. So instrumental is the word.
Anything you’d like to say to someone who’s thinking about trying Sydnee?
Carmelo Santos: If you're looking to try Sydnee, you're thinking about it, don't think about it, just do it. Believe there's a trial or there's some kind of incentive for you to, for you to use.
