Sylwia: Hi, I'm Sylwia. I'm the compliance and data manager for one of the GP surgeries in Hertfordshire, ICB West Essex, Essex. We partnered with Suvera about a year ago, so happy anniversary to us and to Suvera. It's been such a positive and productive partnership, and I'm really pleased to share how they have supported our team and our patients over the past year and a bit.

What challenges has Suvera helped you overcome?

Sylwia: Before working with Suvera, we faced increasing pressure to manage long-term conditions, medication reviews, and administrative overload effectively. Our clinicians and admin team were working hard to meet targets while maintaining high quality care for patients. Suvera has really enhanced how we operate. They have streamlined our processes, supported us with medication reviews and helped us achieve funding available via GP contracts. Their clinicians also review all the lab reports they order for long-term condition management and medication reviews, which takes a huge clinical and administrative burden off our team. The Planner system is fantastic. It allows us to easily monitor, recall, refer, or discharge patients. They are always quick to respond to any queries or issues, and their professionalism and support have been a massive help to me and to the whole Practice.

What notable outcomes have you seen since working with Suvera?

Sylwia: Since partnering with Suvera, we have seen clear and measurable improvement. Our QOF performance and ECF outcomes have improved. Medication reviews are completed more effectively, and patient engagement has increased significantly. The fact that Suvera clinicians review their own lab results and follow up with patients has saved us a huge amount of time and reduced workload pressure across the Practice. The Suvera team is responsive, approachable, and always open to suggestions. They genuinely strive for excellence. The Planner system that keeps everything organised and proactive, ensuring that no patients slip through the cracks. Overall, their support has helped us deliver safer, more efficient, and more patient-centered care.

Sylwia: I would absolutely recommend Suvera to other Practices. They're an outstanding partner, reliable, professional. And always eager to collaborate. The Planner system is intuitive and helps us manage the entire patient pathway from recall to discharge. Suvera's clinicians take full responsibility for their lab tests they're requesting, reviewing, and results, and communicating with patients, which has been an enormous help in reducing both clinical and admin overload.
