Which of Sunstate’s Core Values do you find most inspiring, and how has it influenced your approach to your work?
Texie Leblanc : Sunstates core value empowerment is most inspiring to me because it gives me a greater capacity to take actions and make decisions, which also means that I am responsible for my work. And the results of my actions empowerment allows for lessons to be learned in both my professional and personal life.
Reflecting on your interactions with co-workers, how would you describe the level of camaraderie and its impact on your work environment?
Texie Leblanc : Our branch manager promotes collaboration and teamwork daily, which creates this high level team spirit, having the spirit and support, helps us work towards our common goals while feeling valued because our ideas and opinions matter.
Looking forward, what excites you the most about continuing your journey with Sunstate?
Texie Leblanc : The thing that excites me the most about working at Sunstate is having the opportunity to continue learning to advance my career. It is inspiring, working for a company that believes in their people and in their development.
Share your favorite Sunstate story or memory.
Texie Leblanc : All my favorite Sunstate memories involve giving back to the community, whether it be a sponsor in the YMBL Rodeo Annually, making food plates for the homeless during Thanksgiving or hosting a food and toy drop during Christmas people is one of Sunstates core values and we make it known everywhere we go.
