Jennifer : My favorite part of my role as a team lead is working with my team. Jennifer : The culture at Sunrun encompasses a lot, but one thing that stands out to me is the continuous learning that's always going on. I have worked with so many people and teams that have so much knowledge and expertise in their field. I have never worked with someone that wasn't happy to share what they know and pass on what's helped them. And I think that collaboration can be really impactful when you learn as much as you can outside of your immediate sphere. I and I've seen that on both sides with people sharing as what they know and others learning as much as they can. I really love how freely everyone helps and shares with one another at Sunrun.
