David Ball: I joined Sunrun april of last year, coming up in about nine months.

David Ball: Someone wants to electrify homes, um, by using the limitless energy that is provided by the Sun. Uh, Myrow, specifically as a clean energy ambassador, is to work in specific retail locations, um, and engage with customers, essentially trying to lead them to a solar expert, um, where they have the opportunity to not only find out a little bit more information about solar, um, but truly find out if solar is a good fit for their home and if they will benefit from solar energy.

David Ball: what I love about working at Sunrun and to be quite honest, there's a couple of things. The first one that comes to mind is probably company culture. Um Someone is is very supportive, has a very supportive network from the higher ups and management all the way down to your co workers. Um We're all here to build up and help each other out as much as humanly possible. Um and really just better ourselves every single day and we're all here for it. We're all here to better each other as well. The other thing that comes to mind aside from that culture aspect would probably just be the satisfaction and the happiness that I get when I see somebody who finds it a little bit more information about solar energy for their home and they get to see how much they can truly benefit from it and how much money they can save per month by um using us as their utility provider and as a renewable energy source. Um so helping the environment um and helping customers would definitely be on the forefront of that as well.

David Ball: When I first got hired on, one of the first things I found out about was the 60 day challenge and um, achieving a certain amount of opportunities and setting a certain amount appointments, getting a certain amount of sits within the 1st 60 days. Um, super tough challenge. Not gonna lie. It was, it was hard and it was difficult, but the prize was a all expenses paid for crews to baja Mexico. Um, and I did it. I was so proud of myself. I got to be with other sun runners who achieved the same within their 1st 60 days. Um, all provided by Sunrun and all paid for by Sunrun. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Um, I got to go with a buddy of mine who actually joined Sunrun. Um, after I did, I referred him and he got it as well and we just got to enjoy an awesome time out on a cruise ship for four or five days and really enjoy ourselves and just um, enjoy the goal that we achieved and knowing that you know, not everybody achieves it and we did it. It was, it was quite awesome.

David Ball: My goal for 2023 is the same goal I have every single day, and it's to be better to do better, to perform better. Um to be better to my co workers, to my friends, to my loved ones, to my fiance, um to just be better every single day, um and just move forward with that goal every single day. There's no reason why you shouldn't, and there's no reason why I can't be achieved um to just be a better person every single day. You come you wake up and you come to work or do whatever you're doing on a day to day basis. Um and that does not change. I do not waver from that. I don't stray away from that whatsoever. I try to hold myself accountable and achieve that goal every single day and just be better to take full advantage of the opportunities that I have in front of me and and really work hard at it every single day.
