How long have you been with Sunrun?
Bryan Lepley: I started working for sunrun in March of 2021.
How do you explain what you do for work to someone who is totally unfamiliar with solar?
Bryan Lepley: I drive around Colorado and meet with families at their kitchen table. I help them understand both the financial and environmental benefits of putting a solar energy power plant directly on their roof.
What do you love about working at Sunrun?
Bryan Lepley: I love working for Sunrun because I know the harder I work, the greater positive impact I can have on the planet. I also love working for Sunrun because they treat you like much more than an employee here. You really get treated like a human, and it allows a lot of flexibility and comfort to my life.
What are you proud of achieving in 2022?
Bryan Lepley: In 2022, I'm really just proud of how many families I helped make the switch to solar energy. It's really incredible now, as I drive around Colorado, that I can just point out all of these different homes that, you know, I directly contributed to helping them make a switch to cleaner energy and having a positive impact on the entire.
What are your goals for 2023?
Bryan Lepley: In 2023, I'm hoping to double the amount of families that I helped go solar from last year. Um, I'd also really like to move out of my apartment and into a home. And uh, I'd like to travel a few more times than I did last year and spend a little bit more time in the mountain snowboard.
