What is something important you want others to know about AAPI Month?
Brad : I think something important for AAPI month, I'd like everyone to know is there are over 20 million Americans that identify as Asian or Pacific Islander. So we're, we're definitely out there and have this entire month to celebrate our culture and our heritage.
How does Sunrun create a safe space to be your authentic self?
Brad : I think Sunrun does a great job creating safe spaces for their employees specifically for their different ERG groups and the ability that we have to openly celebrate our cultural differences or our differences in general. I think our leadership team does a great job supporting and celebrating these things and giving us the platform to do so.
