Speaker: Anthony , Sr. Inspection Technician, Sunrun
What does a typical day look like?
Anthony : a typical day for me personally, would be waking up and reviewing the dashboards, reviewing the metrics, making sure we're in a good spot as a team, as well as game planning on how to be in a better spot tomorrow. Working with my coordinators, the technicians, everybody else, making sure they're ready to go first thing in the morning and then throughout the day just focusing on customer care, making sure there's no giant escalations, making sure our inspections are going off properly, fixes are getting done and we're getting enough electrical certificates and everything else to keep our customers happy as well as get them activated and get them permission to turn on their solar systems.
What stands out to you about the culture at Sunrun?
Anthony : the thing that really sticks out to me the most about the culture at Sunrun is the teamwork, is the communication and is just the overall mesh, especially in new york south and the Congress branch, everybody's friendly with each other, we're there all day, sometimes in that office were cracking jokes, we're making fun, we're making it a fun time. But at the end of the day we're getting our job done from my inspection team. Specifically. We live by a phrase, trust in each other, believe in each other and you rely on each other and if we can do those three things, we will always be successful. We all understand the goal of what our team does in inspections as well as a branch in its entirety and everybody's after that same goal and nobody just that team camaraderie thing is great is that you can go into work knowing that if you fall down there will be multiple people there to help you back up.
