Amber : A typical day for me consists of coffee. First thing I start up my workstation and read through any of the chats or emails I received. We get notifications on process changes and work related resources and tips and tricks. So it's good to always check on updates and changes before starting the day. This also includes checking my schedule to determine if anything changed or to be aware of. I then begin taking calls and answering solar related questions. I assist with taking payments and providing billing information. I address savings concerns in relation to utility billing as well as I walk through how solar works and how it's beneficial to our customers. I address agreement questions and concerns and provide hand holding explanations to each customer for the best possible customer experience. I do my best to find answers or resolution to any issues and I work closely with other department teams as well to provide as much assistance as possible.

Amber : I've always been an environmentally friendly person, a tree hugger if you will, and someone has given me fulfillment and knowing that we're helping to create a better and cleaner world that's run by the sun. I enjoy sharing the knowledge I've gained with Sunrun to help change people's lives with cutting back on the non renewable resources that we're almost unilaterally used before. Some of the things I enjoy most out of the benefits that Sun runners have is with discounts within and outside of some run The bonus opportunities, a 401K plan and the amazingly supportive team. I've never worked from home before. But with the support of Sun runners and sunrun, I have confidence in what I do and how I do it.

Amber : How I've grown professionally in care team is mostly that I've learned from my QA. Review. This constantly helps me be a better agent and follow procedures accordingly. However, I've learned many things and being a son runner, Sunrun offers many opportunities to grow within and outside of your field, opportunities for advancement within many different departments, even with the other options of courses and linked in to the online learning portals for additional knowledge, the option for tuition reimbursement for students and the trainings and shadowing that are provided when used. The opportunities for professional growth are immense.
