Please describe a time when the Summit Technology team helped you?
Ben Young: The Summit Technology team has been really great to work with. It's reassuring to know that if I do have an issue one simple ticket to them and they're very quick to respond, very knowledgeable and it can always help get me back working as quick as possible.
How would you describe Summit Technology in a few words?
Ben Young: The nice thing with Summit Technology is you don't feel like you're just another number on their list. They truly want to help resolve any issue you have and they, they're not just going to send you on your way until you're 100% satisfied.
How is Summit Technology different from other technology partners you have worked with?
Ben Young: We worked with other it vendors in the past and let's just say that there is uncertainty if and when your issue is going to get resolved. And I, I've yet to see that with Summit IT and they're quick knowledgeable and they're there to help you when you need them.
